By accessing, registering on, or using the phaaa online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

phaaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) phaaa account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

phaaa conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required by applicable regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phaaa login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify phaaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

All financial transactions on phaaa are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

phaaa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire upon the deadline.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phaaa Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to phaaa immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phaaa staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without phaaa's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phaaa and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phaaa's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.

phaaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phaaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
